Refund Policy

At LIORA, every handbag is crafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to enjoy your purchase with confidence. If something isn’t right, our 7-day return and exchange policy is here to help.

Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible, your handbag must be:
  • Unused and in its original condition
  • With all tags, dust bag, and original packaging intact
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returns are not accepted on international orders at this time.
  • To start a return, please contact us at customercare@liorabag.com or submit a request through our Return Page.
  • Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Reverse Pickup

- Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
- Please ensure the handbag is securely packed in its original packaging for pickup.

Damages & Wrong Items

- Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.
- If your handbag arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
- For damaged items, wrong product deliveries, or empty box claims, proof in the form of an unboxing video is mandatory.
  • The video should clearly show the sealed package being opened, the condition of the product inside, and any issue you are reporting.
- Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process a refund or replacement for these cases.

Exchanges

- You can exchange your handbag for another design, color, or size within 7 days of delivery.
- If the new item is priced higher, you’ll pay the difference.
- If it’s priced lower, we’ll refund you the balance.
- Exchanges are not available for international orders.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:
- Personalised or custom-made handbags
- Gift cards
- Final sale or discounted items (clearly marked during purchase)

Refunds

- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
